New factory at Puhoi!!!

With continuous growth over the past few years, we have built a new factory next to the existing one, which has doubled the size of the building. This new factory makes traditional soft white cheeses such as Camembert and Brie. To understand how we make Camembert and Brie, take a look at the traditional cheese making process that we use.
